July 2010: On 9th September this year, Dove World Outreach Center plans to commemorate 9/11 in a unique way. It plans to burn copies of Quran, that day. The question is, whether the secular state of US will allow this shameful act in the name of secular morality: right of expression; or is willing to check such blasphemous acts.
